How are primary roster spots decided?

FIRST - Returning players from previous year that have completed the Player Evaluation Form.

                         SECOND - Players who registered for evaluations by completing the Player Evaluation Form.

                              THIRD - First come, first served by players that complete the Player Evaluation Form.
